The advertisements that appear on the AndersLocation.com site belong to the owners of the accommodation in question. AndersLocation.com is just an advertisement site, linking travelers directly to owners, funds are collected directly by owners.

REGULATIONS RELATING TO THE REQUIRED AGE

In order to book accommodation, guests must be at least 18 years old and present photo identification.

EARLY ARRIVALS REGULATIONS

We cannot guarantee early arrivals. We will do our best to meet requests, subject to availability

REGULATIONS RELATING TO ARRIVALS

Arrivals are made from

from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for free

Any arrival after this time (7:00 p.m.) will be done in total autonomy, we are not responsible in the event of an incident, or inability to access the accommodation after 7:00 p.m.

REGULATIONS RELATING TO DEPARTURES

Departures are at 11:00 a.m. at the latest

RULES RELATING TO LATE DEPARTURES

We can only guarantee late departures subject to availability.

REQUIRED IDENTITY DOCUMENT

A valid ID will be required at check-in, it will be sent by email or on the reservation platform.

REGULATIONS RELATING TO PETS

Pets are not allowed. Unless specified in the advertisement.

REGULATIONS REGARDING THE CONSUMPTION OF TOBACCO AND ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES

All accommodations are completely non-smoking. A cleaning fee of € 50 will be charged to any customer who violates our policy on the consumption of tobacco and electronic cigarettes.

DEPOSIT REGULATIONS

A debit authorization will be issued on bank cards by our partner SWIKLY a few days before registration.

The bank authorization will freeze funds until your departure, when we will check the condition of the accommodation. If the inventory on departure is consistent with the inventory on arrival, Welkeys will release the amount requested for the pre-authorization.

REGULATIONS RELATING TO EARLY DEPARTURES

If the customer shortens their stay after arrival, no refund will be made.

REGULATIONS RELATING TO DISLOGATIONS

In the event of non-availability of accommodation, in the event of force majeure, or in the event of an incident which is not our responsibility, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. If the payment was made by card, a reimbursement period of up to 15 days is to be expected (depending on the bank).

* IMPORTANT NOTE: We will not pay you any compensation in the following circumstances:

(1) When we make a minor change to your booking;

(2) When we make a major change to your reservation or cancel it

(3) When we make a major change to your booking and you accept it or accept a substitute booking that we offer to you;

(4) When we have to cancel your reservation because you did not pay the full price on time;

(5) When we have made changes or canceled as a result of changes requested by you;

(6) When we are forced to cancel or modify your reservation due to force majeure.

RULES RELATING TO COMPLAINTS

Any complaint must be sent to the following email address: contact@anderslocation.com within 2 days of the departure of the stay which is the subject of the said complaint. After this period, no complaint can be taken into account.

CANCELATION

Refund 0% of the price of the reservation if a cancellation is made less than 5 days before the date of arrival

Reimbursement of cleaning costs and tourist tax, if the reservation could not be made

100% refund of the reservation price if a cancellation is made 5 days before the date of arrival.

RULES RELATING TO THE SUPPLIES OF LAUNDRY

All household linen is provided for your stay: flat sheet, pillowcase, duvet cover, bath towel, terry towel, bath mat, tea towel.

PRICES AND PRICE REVISION

The prices include:

⁃ The provision of the accommodation concerned, fully equipped in accordance with the description given on the various communication media.

The prices do not include:

⁃ The caution

⁃ The options (baby cots, high chairs, etc.)

⁃ Additional services (intermediate cleaning, etc.)

⁃ Tourist tax

Reservations are made on a strictly personal basis. You cannot under any circumstances sublet or assign your reservation. For security and insurance reasons, exceeding the number of occupants mentioned by the customer when booking is not allowed. As such, Anders Conciergerie may refuse any
